A: Cats are allowed with written permission from the Main Office. NO DOGS ALLOWED.

A: Yes!!! Heritage House Apartments does allow Satellite T.V. with written

permission from the Main Office.

Q: Are the rents affordable?

A: Our rents at Heritage House Apartments are very competitive and fair!

Q: What do I need to do to secure an apartment at Heritage House Apartments?

A: You must fill an application so we can run a credit/background check.

Then we require the first month's rent and 1 month security deposit.

Q: Are any utilities included?

A: We offer some apartments with utilities included.
